We meet on Sunday Morning at 9 and 11, Sunday Evening at 6, and Wednesday evening at 7.

Who are we?
Rural Point has been ministering in the Richmond area for over 60 years. Opening our doors as Third Avenue Baptist Church in Richmond in the 1960’s, we later moved to Carter Street and changed our name to Bethel Baptist Church, and then moved again to Mechanicsville before adopting the name Rural Point Baptist Church. While the names and locations may have changed throughout the years, our heart for the Gospel and love for people have always been the same.

Rural Point is a friendly, vibrant, gospel-centered, family of believers. Don’t be surprised by the warm atmosphere when you arrive. You’ll be greeted in the parking lot and made to feel right at home.
